Do yourself a favor, get an EG4 12kpv, and two 14.3 kwh batteries for all around 10k. Then get 12 430w panels for around $1600!!! Do it all yourself and save $35k

Spending 30k+ on solar just to save 200 a month on electricity and not be out of power in the occasional outage is not clicking for me. Roi is gonna take 10 years, idk

This option has become a vital consideration for my home. I truly appreciate the effort that went into creating this video. The aftermath of Hurricane Helene has led me to this point, and while it’s been a challenging journey, I feel incredibly grateful to be alive. Sadly, many families are facing overwhelming struggles due to the tragic loss of loved ones and the destruction of their homes. My heartfelt prayers are with everyone affected during this difficult time.

Hey bro… I would like to know, if I can put this in my company as a backup when power goes out, but since we are running servers, ac, lights pc, etc. how this holds up? i mean… those 20 ms, would that affect or power off the servers and PC?

  21. @loremipsumproductivityengi7552 on January 31, 2025 at 3:35 pm

4hrs is simply not enough for outages. Need more of these batteries.

What’s up with there Anker Website? They don’t list the roof mounting bracket system, is it because the X1 system isn’t being made available yet in the US?

  25. @user-dt2eq8qi5y on January 31, 2025 at 3:43 pm

How much it costs for those 2 units?

  26. @jan3019 on January 31, 2025 at 3:43 pm

If i ever switch to Solar Energy, i would definitely make a separate storage away from the house for the system and battery. So just incase accidents happens, you don’t burn the entire house.

  27. @balcopc on January 31, 2025 at 3:43 pm

Quit running your microwave empty. Look it up.

  28. @rayhend100 on January 31, 2025 at 3:44 pm

My wife and I have both driven Teslas for the last 7 years and love them. Tried to go the power wall / solar roof route with them. But after 1 1/2 years of delays and non-communication we demanded and got our money back.

I’d still like to do it at some point. I think it’s a great concept (especially the roof). Maybe if and when they get their stuff together, and as Anker and other competitors offer alternatives we can try again.

In Brazil, solar energy is charged at 80% of taxes, which is regrettable
Charge for free energy and in addition to the cost of equipment

  34. @Bournechris640 on January 31, 2025 at 3:56 pm

Tesla uses, aluminum ion super battery I think would help

  35. @user-zb2pt9qu2g on January 31, 2025 at 3:57 pm

You should invest in those anker wall mounted batteries or those ecoflow stackable batteries, but they are hella expensive

  36. @fulconerra3055 on January 31, 2025 at 3:57 pm

The information density in this video is absolutely minimal. Disappointing!

  50. @brianday8217 on January 31, 2025 at 4:12 pm

Can they integrate with an existing whole house generator set, and only kick it on if the batteries get below a certain level?
