I bought this bag, its a good quality bag but the problem is that i dont use side racks, i use only rear rack and the hook strap in the bag is very close the rack and i cannot tight it enough to be stable when riding, it shakes too much and not stable. I wish they change the place of the hook strap to be upper not lower.
